Oh my god summer heat is hitting us, we couldn't bear the temperature of this season . We all suffer from summer as well our regular body heat which causes sweating, heat boils, rashes etc... So we all will be in search for cooling products, intake like juices of water melons and tender coconut etc...and external uses like talcum powders. But all those will be for certain time. Are you aware of a body cooling remedy, a quick recovery, that too with our fingers which gona make our body to normal temperature which is called Mudra.
You could do this particular mudra everyday, doesn't mean it has to be performed only when we feel our body is producing heat. We all have a normal temperature but sometimes we may get over heat. Also you can do this mudra when you get fever or when you feel you are about to fall sick. It reduces the body heat. So in such cases you can do this mudra and get a sooner remedy. So lets see how to do as shown in the below picture.
Some of you go for morning walk or evening walk, if time permits. But its good when we go for a walk in the evening. Say about 5 to 6 in the evening. Now if you are not able to go for walking you could do this mudra which is equal to walking. Doesn't mean you should not go for walk and do only this mudra. Walking is a good exercise.
Below mudra is called "Ushna Seer Mudra"
As shown in the figure, in both the hands fold your index and middle finger to touch your palm, and thumb must close side of the index finger, while the other fingers are extended.
Do this mudra minimum of 20 minutes and maximum of 30 minutes.

Do's and Dont's
- Mudra should be done in sitting/lying position and not while walking /standing position.
- Leave a gap of 30 minutes before and after eating or even bathing.
- Concentrate on the purpose of doing the mudra
- Women can do mudra even during menstural problem.
- while doing mudra keep your feet either on the mat or wearing slippers
- People wearing spectacles must do the mudra only after removing it
- Practice mudra only after 30 minutes while taking any medicines.
- Avoid tight jewels in hand and finger while doing mudra.
Do practice mudra and say good bye to summer heat. This is one easy and quick remedy for summer heat.
