Permanent Cure For Thyroid In A Effective Way

Its easy to heal thyroid naturally through a regular practice of doing a mudra which is called "SANGU MUDRA"


Let me share my own experience, how thyroid glands secreting in normal level by doing this mudra:

The thyroid gland is found just below the voice box in the neck and controls the amount of thyroxin being produced and released in the body. The most common condition related to thyroid is hypothyroidism, which occurs when the thyroid becomes under active. This often leads to numerous health issues such as:

Obesity and fatigue

Depression, lethargic
Voice crack
Dry skin, hair loss, eczema, acne
Muscle aches, constipation, and hoarseness
Menstrual abnormalities
Feet and legs swollen and brittle nails

Its necessary to follow/avoid certain foods:


Avoid refined foods, saturated fats, sugars, and white flour products. If the thyroid problem is severe it is then good to avoid brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, kale, mustard 


Greens, peaches and pears as they have anti-thyroid substances and may suppress the thyroid function.


Foods that heal include sprouts, salads, raw vegetables, and thermos cooked grains to retain enzymes which heal and feed the glands.


Eat foods rich in vitamin A, such as yellow vegetables, eggs, carrots, and dark green vegetables. 


Zinc and copper are important in helping the body make thyroid hormone. Foods rich in zinc include: oatmeal, chicken (range free), seafood, dried beans, bran, tuna, spinach, 


seeds, and nuts. Foods rich in copper include: eggs, yeast, legumes, nuts, and raisins.

There are 108 Sutras for different ailments. For thyroid below mudra is very helpful which is called "Sangu Mudra".

As shown in the figure, place your right thumb in your left palm and close all the four fingers of your left hand. 

Then with the tip of the right index touch the tip of the left thumb and bend all the other three right right fingers just below the left thumb.



Duration: 20-30 minutes

1. How just a finger does miracle?

 Our fingers represents the five elements: water, earth, sky, air and fire. So as to have a regularity in our body's functioning and to have a healthy life, practicing Mudra is very essential. 


2. While doing mudra is there any diet to be followed?


No diet to be followed, better to take/avoid foods mentioned above. 


3. Which is the ideal time for doing this mudra?


Ideal time for doing mudra is early morning, any other time after 12.00a.m and 3.00a.m as this time considered to be sleeping state. 


4. Which is the ideal place for doing mudra?


 The place we sit and sleep is more than enough to do mudra.  


5. Is it possible to get immediate results?


You may suffer from thyroid for many years and you may be under medication for the same. In simple depending upon the severity. The effect of mudra can be felt by doing continuous usuage.


6. Can we stand or walk and do mudra?


Its not advisable to do mudra while walking and standing. Better our feet should not touch the floor as there is a possibility for the electricity generated in our body to flow into the ground and get wasted. 


7. How long can we do this mudra in a day?


20-40 minutes


8. How do we know if this mudra are benefiting us?
