Easy And Simple Way To Gain Weight Using Our Fingers

Now its easy to gain weight with the below simple use of our own fingers. Lets see how our fingers do magic in gaining weight. 

Are you tired trying different medicines and dashing to gym for gaining weight. Here is a simple way for your problem. Wondering what simple remedy gains weight!!! Not a medicine, not a health drink not an exercise too. Its nothing but our fingers are going to make wonders. Again question arises how this is possible with our fingers? Lets have a look in to it.


The simple and natural way as mentioned above is "MUDRA". In my blog have explained about mudra and there are many mudras for all problems we face regularly. As a part this particular mudra helps for gaining weight. People who have tried medicines for a long time for gaining weight, have a look on this below picture and try and you could see the result. 


Below is the weight gaining mudra called as "PRITHVI MUDRA"




As shown in the figure, touch the tip of the ring finger and the thumb. Do in both the hands.





Duration: 

Do this mudra in both the hands for about 20-40 minutes. You can leave a gap and do this mudra.

DO'S AND DON'TS


Ideal time for doing this mudra any time before or after 12.00a.m and 3.00a.m as it is called as sleeping state.

Ideal place for doing mudra, the place we sit and sleep is more than enough to do mudra.  

Better not to do mudra while walking and standing as our feet has the possiblility for generated electricity in our body to flow into the ground and get wasted. So better to keep your feet either on mat or wearing slippers.

Its good to do by using both the hands. If in any case do in single hand. 

Concentrate on the purpose of doing the mudra so that you can get the expected result.

People wearing spectacles must do the mudra after removing it.

Avoid tight jewels in hand and finger while doing mudra. 



The knowledge of this rare kind can be utilized very easily by us for keeping ourselves healthy throughout our life without depending on any external assistance. This art has been separated from the art of "Varmam''' and attempts are made to practice it schematically by all.
