What Causes Gastric Problems?
The production of gas is a natural part of the digestive process, many people dread the possibility of passing gas in front of others. An uncontrollable fart at an inconvenient time can make a person the butt of jokes for years to come. But problematic gas is no laughing matter.
Excess gas in the stomach can be caused by a number of things, such as excessive drinking, not chewing your food thoroughly, eating spicy and gas-forming food, too much stress, some kind of bacterial infection, or digestive disorders, Hot Spicy foods, Alcohol, Smoking, Excessive eating, Large meals before bed, Fatty food , Late nights and too much off medications.
It Occurs in stomach. Disturbance of gastric leads to acid secretion. Acids contact stomach nerve endings. Later it causes pain and discomfort. There many types of gastric problem. It may be acute and chronic. Acute gastric problem goes off quickly. But chronic gastric problems lead to ulcers. Lets see what are the causes gastric.
Physical and mental stress can also cause ulceration
Causes of gastric mucosa inflammation:
a. Acidic foods
b. Alcohol
c. Smoking
d. Stress
e. Drugs
Symptoms of stomach gas include
Flatulence, bad breath, lack of appetite, a coating on the tongue, abdominal bloating, belching and even stomach pain, constant pain, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
There are many home remedies for this, and some people feel yuk to have it. May be because of bitterness or sour taste. Just leave all those if you have a medicine with our fingers.

The answer is 'YES' because it has been scientifically proved that the child in its embryonic satge practices "Aadhi Mudra" in the eighth month and the same can be visually seen by using the modern medical instruments. Followed by that, after the childs birth it practices around 240 to 360 mudra by doing them one by one for every 24 minutes. This is common for all mankind and we have too practicing them. After eighth month, the childs contact with the cosmic world serves and the mind begins to control the body. This is stated only to clarify that mudra is not new to us.

Wondering what it is, hey its nothing but MUDRA!!!!! Its nothing but, based on our five fingers which represent the 5 elements- Water(little finger), Earth(ring finger), Sky(middle finger), Air(index finger) and Fire(thumb finger) according to which our body seems to function with these 5 states being the functioning elements. So as to have a regularity in our body's functioning and to have a healthy life, practising mudra is very essential.
Before learning mudra lets see the
DO'S AND DON'TS
Mudra should be done in sitting/lying position and not to do while walking/standing position.
Concentrate on the purpose of doing the mudra.
While doing mudra, keep your feet either on mat or wearing slippers.
People wearing spectacles must do the mudra after removing it.
Avoid tight jewels in hand and finger while doing mudra.

Method:
Fold your index finger, to touch the base of your thumb finger and place your thumb on the folded index finger. Do it on both the hands.
Duration: 15-40 minutes
Note: There are many mudras, but this is the only mudra which can be done immediately after eating.
