What Is a Sinus Infection?
A sinus infection is inflammation or swelling of your sinuses. Normally, your sinuses are filled with air. When the sinuses become blocked and filled with fluid, bacteria can grow there and cause infection. This infection is sinusitis.
Below is an ancient art an easy method to follow and get desired result. Mudra is an ancient art which i have explained in my previous post. Below mudra helps to cure sinus completely when followed properly.
As shown in the figure, fold your little and ring finger to the palm and touch the tip of your thumb with the tips of your index and middle finger. Do it in both the hands.

Avoid tight jewels in hand and finger while doing mudra.
